Estate Agency Property Sales Negotiator – Part-time (trainee considered)

Winchcombe, Cheltenham

For over 30 years Adams Estate Agents has been renowned for providing a successful and reputable service to the local community selling all types of property and we are now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to enhance our team as an additional part-time Sales Negotiator. This will involve working as part of our small, friendly team based in the Winchcombe office dealing with a wide variety of properties in the town and the surrounding villages.

We are proud of our excellent reputation for providing the best possible customer service always meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients and customers.

If you are a friendly, approachable ‘people person’ with a sense of humour you’ll fit in well. We envisage around 3 weekdays plus Saturday mornings initially with some flexibility to support the needs of the business including sickness and holiday cover.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming enquiries over the telephone, on email and in person
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Generate and book in property valuations
• Manage applicants within the database
• Match properties to applicants via our software to email and telephone them
• Negotiate offers
• Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required.
• Agree and progress sales through to completion
• Provide leads for independent mortgage advisor
• General administration tasks related to sales and lettings
• Actively promote the company and services offered

Candidate Attributes:

• Must have ‘can do’ attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence is essential and own car (mileage allowance will be paid)
• Experience within the property industry
• Experience / knowledge of working within a sales environment essential
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong communication skills at all levels
• IT literate
• Flexible, Resilient, with a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Teamwork and the ability to help others when required
• (Days/Hours: to be agreed but involves Saturdays)
