Position: Centre Administrator
About Us:
Join The Centre of Excellence in Child Trauma (CoECT) team and play a vital role in supporting trauma-informed practices within our community. We are dedicated to providing resources and training for parents and caregivers, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Centre Administrator who shares our mission.
Position Overview:
As the Centre Administrator, you will manage the Trauma-Informed Parents Hub Membership, ensuring effective communication with members and the successful delivery of training sessions. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills and a commitment to developing an understanding of trauma-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and distribute training calendars for the academic year to keep clients informed.
- Manage client relationships, training bookings, venue sourcing, and catering arrangements, accommodating special requirements.
- Collaborate with trainers to confirm their availability, and communicate all necessary details for training they are delivering to clients.
- Track and report on training outcomes and provide feedback to participants and management.
- Act as the primary contact for membership enquiries and technical support related to the TIPs Hub.
- Support the shop operations and marketing of products, as well as the distribution of the TIPS magazine.
- Create and distribute promotional materials to enhance the visibility of the Hub and CoECT services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 administration qualification or above.
- Strong organisational and communication skills including receptionist duties/answering the telephone.
- A commitment to our mission and an understanding of trauma-informed practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, staff, and clients.
- Familiarity with social media and marketing strategies.

Hours Per Week: 25 hours per week - Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
