We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Class Teacher, to cover Maternity Leave in Early Years. By joining our team, you will inspire colleagues and pupils to achieve more tomorrow than today.
We are looking for a determined and talented individual who is an excellent teacher, with high expectations of pupil achievement and are excited and passionate about supporting all pupils, especially those with SEND needs, to achieve their best. We are looking for a teacher who is able to fully support the Headteacher and school team to provide the best start to our pupils learning journey.
You will:
• Have a passion for making a real difference
• Have a proven track record of closing gaps in attainment and achieving strong pupil progress
• Be able to establish productive, supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families
• Be hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient
• Be able to adapt in challenging situations
This role is not suitable for ECTs.
