Temporary Call Handler - MM715

Ross-on-Wye

Our fantastic client in Ross on Wye is currently looking for temporary call handlers to join their supportive and friendly team through a busy period, starting ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis, expected to be for 4 - 12 weeks with possibility of extension.

This is a great opportunity to gain further experience with a nationally recognised company with free parking that offer great career routes and internal promotion is encouraged.

No particular experience required as full, thorough training will be provided.

In this role, you will be responsible for alleviating some of your colleague’s workloads by being the first responder in one of the team’s enquiry phone line.  You will also be expected to update and amend records on a HR system and dealing with other administration tasks as required.
Key Attributes:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail skills
- Reliable, team player
- Proactive approach

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (working hours can be slightly flexible)

Salary: £11.44 per hour (wages paid weekly)
