Animal Studies Lecturer

Salary:  £30,800 - £45,267 FTE

(Starting salary dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Contract: Part Time, Permanent .8 Equivalent to 4 days a week

Required: Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an adaptable and creative individual to join our ambitious Animal teaching team within the Faculty of Business and Land and contribute to curriculum delivery. Teaching across our current Animal Level 3 and Level 2 provision and are delivering the exciting new T Level qualification.  The Animal department is committed to encouraging students to reach their full potential and welcomes innovation. Candidates will ideally have experience in teaching the vast breadth and depth of knowledge required across these areas. Candidates will be committed to the Cirencester College mission and vision and be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines in a demanding environment.

 

Candidates should have a commitment to post compulsory education at FE and be motivated to achieve high standards in teaching and learning.  The ability to work well within a team and to adapt to curriculum demands is essential. Ideally candidates should possess a good honours degree and a teaching qualification. The College is supportive of new entrants into the teaching profession and we are therefore willing to consider applications from graduates who are willing to undertake a supported teaching qualification as part of their professional development.
