Expectations
We're seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a trainee kitchen fitter/carpenter. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and grow within the industry. We value hard work, punctuality with an honest and positive attitude.

A driver’s licence is essential as you will be required to make your way to customers homes in and around Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
About the role
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
40hrs per week including a half hour unpaid lunch break
The role is being offered as a full- time role, either on an employed or self-employed basis depending on the candidate
Annual starting salary from £17,888 + depending on experience
A company vehicle may be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities (once trained)
- Daily kitchen fitting, generally on your own
- Full kitchen fitting to include worktop installation
- Meeting customer installation deadlines
- Any rectifications and remedials
- General carpentry
- Keeping van and uniform smart
- Communicating concisely any issues that arise swiftly
Experience and skills
- Full driving licence essential
- To be able to be at a customer’s house for 8am every morning
- Organised, with an attention to detail and pride in their craftmanship
- A team player with confident communication skills and a good sense of humour
- Professional attitude and manner with customers, colleagues and other trades people
- A self-starter who can work independently (once trained)
- Ability to listen, learn and train to our high standard
- A proactive approach to resolving any issues as they arise
