Workshop Controller
£40,000 DOE
45 hours Mon-Fri and Saturdays on rota.

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated workshop controller to help lead and inspire the workshop team at our Dealership in Gloucester.
To manage the flow of work through the workshop, to ensure quality and compliance of all works carried out. A focus on maximising utilisation and ensure technicians are working efficiently, safely and to all guidelines.
To guide the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst ensuring profitability, and that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Communication This role is pivotal in linking the workshop and the front of house team, ensuring fantastic communication to deliver exceptional customer service. Working with techs, you are clear with what is require and by when, on each job in the workshop.
Resilience - A resilient person is someone who has strong coping skills and can draw on these when life presents challenges.
Motivation - To ensure personal and team success, being motivated is essential and is a key part of leadership.
