Assembly Operative
Cheltenham

About the Role
This position will join our product assembly team, assembling our market leading products, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
- Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures
- Assembly of the our product range to the highest standards.
- Maintain records of production quantities and time
- Report any issues, missing, or defective parts
- Receive incoming pick lists and retrieve orders accurately in priority order.
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading bays.
- Wrap orders as directed and load delivery trucks.
- Unload stock from containers and accurately store in warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation
About You:
- You will have the ability to comprehend and follow detailed verbal or written instructions, as well as diagrams and other technical documents
- You will be practical and be able to use a variety of tools safely
- You will be adaptable, enthusiastic and be willing to learn new skills
- You will have experience of a fast-paced production environment
- You will have had some warehouse experience and an up-to-date or recent Forklift truck license (although training can be provided for the right candidate)
- You will have great attention to detail and pride in work quality you produce
- You will be diligent and punctual
Please note:
- This is a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.
- Due to our beautiful rural location, you will need your own transport to get to and from site.
- You must already have the right to work full time in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
