We are seeking an experienced Servce Technician to join our team. Your role would involve work on vehicles where they need to be maintained or repaired. Your responsibilities would include diagnostic review, repair and replacement of parts as well as replacement and installation of our equipment.
Job description:
Service and repair of machines supplied or hired out by Moorend Ltd. Mainly tracked loaders used for a range of applications. Covering the UK on Site repairs and service. Occasional nights out. General workshop tasks as required. Service and repairs in the workshop.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Towing experience an advantage.
- May suit somebody with Motor vehicle / Commercial / Agricultural background.
- Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics, using diagnostic software.
- Good knowledge of Engines, hydraulics, 12v and Can Bus electrical systems.
- The ability to react quickly to breakdowns/ callouts.
- A reasonable amount of flexibility (some early mornings and late evenings will be required).
- A good understanding of onsite health and safety.
- Work well in a small team as well as alone.
- Can-do attitude.
