Job Details:
- Position: Production Operative
- Location: Tewkesbury
Shifts:
- Day Shift: £13.70 per hour
- Shift Hours:
- AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 23:53
- Shift Premium: £15.07 per hour for shifts

Role Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, youll be a key part of our production line, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. This will include:
- Operating production machinery to manufacture goods to a high standard
- Monitoring and controlling product quality throughout the production process
- Packaging and preparing products for dispatch
- Conducting routine checks and ensuring the maintenance of equipment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Working closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- No previous experience required - full training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
