Yamaha Motorcycles Sales Specialist
Staverton
We are looking for a full-time sales specialist to join our busy and highly successful sales team. You should already have sales experience preferably from within a motorcycle/automotive retail environment together with a proven track record of success. This is a really exciting opportunity for the right individual to work in a modern and professional motorcycle sales environment.
It is essential that candidates possess an upbeat and can do attitude with a willingness to improve and learn. You must be target driven and the sort of person who has an outstanding record of sales achievement.
Reporting to the UK Bike Sales Director:
- To manage and develop all new and used motorcycle enquiries.
- To maximise the sale and profitability of all new and used motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
- To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
- To maximise the sale of finance products as part of the sale process.
- To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Using established follow up & prospecting systems, maximise customer loyalty and retention.
- Meeting the dealer standards for Yamaha Motorcycles.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in the motorcycle/automotive industry as a Sales Executive. A good business acumen and SAF qualification would be desirable along with a current valid motorcycle licence.
