Administration and Operations Manager job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at May Park Primary.

May Park Primary, part of Excalibur Academies Trust are seeking an experienced, dynamic administration and operations manager who will work closely with the Principal, Strategic Leadership Team and Trust colleagues to contribute to strategic decision making and planning, helping us to achieve our aims.

You will sit on the leadership team and line-manage members of staff: office staff and the premises team.

The successful candidate must have an operational management background, significant team management experience and be competent in the areas of HR and business administration including marketing and IT, as well as general premises health and safety.
