Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our proactive and agile team to assist in meetings, reporting, and stakeholder management for BNSSG ICB's digital portfolio. You will be working closely and effectively with project leads, senior responsible officers and stakeholders across BNSSG.

This vacancy may close early due to high application numbers.

Main duties of the job

The role requires an ability to develop excellent working relationships, deliver structured meetings and action logs from a broad programme of work. You will support key projects on reporting and work closely with the PMO.

Improvements in our design and project development processes across all areas of health and care are critical to ensure that we deliver high quality care to our population when they need it most. BNSSG ICB has significant ambition and drive to transform across the system to ensure that we are able to respond as quickly as possible to the needs of our population.

We believe the delivery of high-quality discovery, design and project development and delivery, at pace, requires a dedicated focus around specific functional themes, optimised clinical pathways and a relentless focus on key priorities.
