Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant - Inspiring Primary School in Bristol
Are you passionate about empowering children with additional needs ? An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Bristol is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team ASAP . This role runs until the end of the academic year, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.
The Role:
Full-time position supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across different year groups.
Provide one-to-one and small group support , helping students build confidence and develop key skills.
Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and create an engaging, inclusive environment.
Support children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, fostering independence and resilience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (school-based or similar settings).
A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference .
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (registered with the online Update Service or willing to process with Class People).
