Lunchbreak Supervisor job summary

Hours: Part Time, 7 Hours and 30 minutes per week, Term Time Only (Monday to Friday 11.50am – 1.20pm)

Salary: Hay 13 (£4,081 per annum)

The governors of St Marys Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a new Lunchbreak Supervisor to join the team, who supervise the pupils to ensure their safety and general well-being at lunch time.

We are looking for someone who is able to:

Assist the pupils where necessary

Work in a team

Be flexible

Use their initiative

Act as an adult role model and support school policies

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment and all appointments will be subject to appropriate vetting, including an enhanced DBS disclosure check.

Some roles may need to comply with the ‘Childcare Act 2006’ and the ‘Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2018’ where additional disclosure of information will be required.
