Painter/Decorator for Private Property Portfolio

between Upton upon Severn and Tewkesbury) with local travel required

We are seeking an experienced painter/decorator with a proven track record in the industry to support our in-house property management team.

The ideal candidate will have ample experience working across a diverse range of properties (are portfolio is varied both in terms of size and type of properties.) The ability to work independently with consistent attention to detail is essential, as we aim to adhere to high standards of presentation across the portfolio

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing properties for redecoration, including surface preparation, selecting appropriate decorating techniques and requesting materials to be sourced in a timely and organised manner
Maintain a clean and organised workspace for the duration of all projects
Have a flexible approach to their working day e.g morning may be spent in one property and afternoons at another. Our portfolio is largely based in Upton upon Severn however you will also be required to attend properties in Gloucester, Malvern and Worcester.
Working in a timely and organised fashion, flagging any potential issues with the property owner and completing tasks promptly, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a full time role, available immediately, with a renumeration package commensurate with experience. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with appropriate breaks, and applicants must have own transport and the right to work in the UK.
