About the role
We are looking for a suitably qualified, experienced Surveyor with a broad range of skills who can make an immediate impact. Utilising your solid foundation of Building Control experience, you will be a part of a busy team delivering a quality service.

Responsibilities include:
- undertaking plan assessments and site inspections to a wide range of applications
- negotiating and guiding developers, applicants, and other interested parties
- delivering an excellent, value for money service to our customers
- contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and professional practice
Full membership of a relevant professional body would be advantageous. ideally you will be a Class 2a Registered Building Inspector that is interested in progressing to a higher level of registration for which you will receive full support.
You will need
- Class 2a Registered Building Inspector
- A qualification in your area of expertise, equivalent to a degree
- Committed to developing knowledge and skills through continuing professional development (CPD)
- Act with integrity, respect and in compliance with the Code of Conduct
- Experience of being involved in continuously improving services and developing products to meet customer need
- Experience of working flexibly as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
Special Conditions
Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes
