Brownlee Cale are hiring for ADT Drivers for groundwork on a highways project in Gloucester on behalf of a Civil Engineering firm.

The role is due to start in 2-3 weeks.

Essential Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket (essential).
Proven experience operating Articulated Dump Trucks on highways or civil engineering projects
Experience with groundworks such as trenching, drainage, and site preparation, particularly on highways projects.
Knowledge and understanding of site safety and operational procedures in a construction environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions accurately.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks associated with groundworks and excavation.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with site supervisors and other team members.

Desirable Skills:

Additional construction tickets or qualifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid).
Experience with highways-related machinery and tasks, such as road preparation, drainage installation, and traffic management
Knowledge of machinery maintenance, fault identification, and troubleshooting.
