On behalf of our esteemed client, we are excited to present an exceptional career opportunity for a Health and Safety Consultant.

Providing bespoke, professional, and practical safety solutions, they pride themselves on their flexibility, dynamic service, and a strategic network of field-based staff that ensures comprehensive nationwide coverage.
Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated a Health and Safety Consultant for a full-time hybrid role covering the Bristol, South Wales and North Gloucester region. This role demands candidates with a solid background in construction health and safety, preferably with Principal Designer experience. A clean driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety compliance across diverse construction sites.
- Represent clients as the safety authority in meetings and, where needed, act as Principal Designer.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies.
- Utilise excellent communication skills for report writing, phone, and in-person interactions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Health and Safety role
- Tech IOSH certified
- A solid construction background.
- NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Certificate in Construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM 2015.
- Strong IT skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel, including occasional night stays.
- Proven skills in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, and Safety Training.
