*Sash Window Renovators/ Carpenters/ Painters/ Assistants – Full Time – Permanent - Salary dependent on experience*

Our Sash Window Repair and Renovation company is based in the heart of the Cotswolds mainly serving Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. This includes Sash Window Servicing, Timber Repair, Painting, and Replacement windows in Cheltenham, Cirencester, Gloucester, Stroud, Tetbury, and towns and villages in the surrounding areas. Our mission is to renovate and repair sash windows to an industry leading standard, so they are fully operational, energy efficient, beautiful, and bring joy for many more generations to come. Our services include sash window removal, stripping the sashes, replacing rotten components, painting and re-inserting the sashes. We also offer sash window replacement, draught-proofing, double glazing upgrades and cill replacements as well as other services.

We are excited to be looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join our existing team as a sash window renovator. We pride ourselves on high quality workmanship and passion so care and attention to detail is a must, as is good customer communication. Previous experience in other related sectors with transferable skills will be considered so please apply if the role sounds interesting to you but you’ve not specialised in sash windows before. We are a small, but growing company and flexibility in tasks and job roles is advantageous. Our customers are located all over the county and surrounding areas and a clean driving license will be needed. Due to this being a customer facing role a good standard of appearance is required.

As a company we offer a standard working week of 40 hours Monday to Friday (with possible occasional overtime), flexible start and finish times, 20 days holiday a year (plus statutory holidays), additional birthday leave, regular individual reviews, training and team connection sessions, uniform and PPE. Tools and vehicles are provided per team, although own transport and some tools may be advantageous.
