Sales Development Coordinator

£25,000 + uncapped commission

Hybrid / Cirencester

As a Sales Development Coordinator you will contact prospective customers, creating successful leads, and arranging meetings with the Account Managers.

You should be a positive person, with an outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask. The role of a Sales Development Coordinator allows you to gain more sales experience, and grow within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve goals


• Follow up consistently with potential customers


• Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects


• Drive creativity in outbound prospecting to target markets


• Identify decision makers and address their challenges


• Convert leads into sales meetings


• Maintain accurate CRM data


• Share ideas for team growth


• Exceed weekly/monthly metrics


• Support bid preparation


• Manage knowledge base for requests and tenders

Skills/ Experience:

• Some experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field


• A positive and energetic attitude


• Capable of thinking quickly and responding effectively in conversations


• Quick learner of tools, technology, and processes


• Embrace a continuous learning mindset and apply it daily


• Possess excellent communication and listening skills
