New Business Manager

Remote, with HQ in Gloucester

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive/New Business Manager to help us expand our client base and build strong relationships with businesses that can benefit from our services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment and is looking to play a key role in the company’s growth.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who has the confidence and experience to work independently while receiving support from the CEO and Managing Director.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive/New Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be working closely with our CEO and Managing Director, who currently handle sales calls, to take over the sales process and expand it. This role offers flexibility as it can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability, and will include both a base salary and commission based on performance.

You will also collaborate with the Marketing team to create campaigns that attract clients and generate leads. With guidance from senior leadership, you’ll gain all the knowledge you need about our services to confidently communicate with prospective clients and answer any questions they may have.

While there is some flexibility in working arrangements, we prefer the successful candidate to work from our Gloucester office whenever possible. Being in the office ensures you can actively participate in meetings, training, and stay engaged with the business, which will enhance your success in the role.

Additionally, conducting sales calls from a professional office environment helps maintain credibility and a strong first impression with prospective clients.

Salary: £40,000 base salary + Commission (+35% of base salary)
