We are shortly opening our bakery/sandwich bar/deli in the heart of Cheltenham, Montpellier (April '23) and are looking for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity to work with us.
We are looking for someone with experience who is at home within the kitchen/bakery and is passionate about making beautiful, amazing-tasting things with a health-conscious mind. Freedom is central within our organisation and we expect you to take charge of matters, with that comes responsibility and opportunity. We have other brands in Cheltenham as well under the name of "Rainbowls" and it will have similar looks and feels, quality and tranquillity above all.
We need someone who can guide us in food and wants to be part of a team and grow within the business. We have big plans for "Loaf & Co" and we need you to be part of that.
The venue will be split into 3 different activities, 1) Deli / Sandwiches 2) Bakery 3) Yoga studio.
We would like the bakery to produce bread and bakes for the Deli/Sanwiches, but also support all our Rainbowls cafes with their needs for bakes. Additionally, we would be selling bread and bakes to our clients as well, both in the shop and by catering efforts.
Salary will depend on experience.
