RE RECRUTIMENT are in working alongside a Gloucestershire based business looking to increase in expanding team of delivery drivers. the company have built a established business over the years and have a loyal customer base due to reliability and traditional value of having milk delivered
The role present itself as a 4 night working week - Sunday evening to Thursday evening. You will be given a route to learn and work mainly completing your route each night. You will shadow other rounds to get an idea of how to operate a round.
The Role
*Deliver milk to customer on your route (roughly 250 per night)
*Maintain good practices with vehicles / reporting faults
*Working nights into morning shift - typically midnight to 8am
The person
*All weather person - reliability is key - you will be working outside in all weather conditions if you don't deliver your round youre 250 customers don't receive their milk
*Rounds are Cheltenham / Gloucester / Tewkesbury so local knowledge beneficial
*Full clean driving license
*Looking for full time work.
Benefits of joining the company
The weekly pay is a set rate based upon 40 hours per week but many driver once learning their round reduce their working hours as they know the best route and finish early most days. Once your round is complete you can go home and still be paid the weekly rate.
