The role is based in our Gloucester office with hybrid working offered after one year of employment.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will create impactful marketing materials, manage campaigns, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality communications. Your work will span digital and traditional channels, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and promoting our brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing marketing materials and coordinating communications.
- Managing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
- Supporting events, exhibitions, and sales team initiatives.
- Maintaining the company website, databases, and CRM.
- Creating customer-focused campaigns and reporting on marketing efforts.
About You
You’re creative, organized, and proactive, with a passion for marketing and attention to detail.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools like Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organisational, time management, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to tight deadlines
- Creativity
- The confidence to propose your own ideas and solutions to management
- A passion for creative marketing, achieving good return on investment to drive business growth
Desirable Skills:
Experience with video editing, Wordpress and Google Marketing Suite
