Senior Support Worker

Stroud, Stonehouse, and Leonard Stanley

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of the house.
• Support with all daily living tasks.
• Ensure the staff team works cohesively to achieve goals.
• Complete all paperwork, including risk assessments, care, and support plans.
• Manage rota and shift cover.
• Conduct care audits.
• Organize service user activities.
• Authorise timesheets.
• Oversee electronic call monitoring schedules.
