*Support Workers - £12.00 per hour*

Are you reliable, professional and passionate about enabling children and young people with learning disabilities or behaviour issues to fulfil their potential and lead happy lives? We have a record of supporting clients to make progress and achieve their objectives.
We are urgently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of support workers.
We are a supportive team, working in the Gloucester and Stroud areas, offering flexible working patterns, lots of great training and support and a staff development programme and would like to talk to you about joining us.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a sense of humour
- Be unflappable
- Be able and willing to get out and about
- Be able to manage behaviours that challenge
- Be willing to learn
- Be flexible enough to adapt to clients with very different needs
We can offer flexible hours at an hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, 45p per mile and paid DBS. We also provide holiday pay, regular training and out of hours support.
Driving licence and a car are essential and a willingness to travel. You will need to be able to work flexibly as the role can include evening and weekend work. You will need to be qualified to Level 3 and have at least 2 years experience working with children and young people.
