Receptionist (Evenings & Weekends) Hydrotherapy Pool

Stroud

Applications are invited for the position of a receptionist to work term time only (with an additional week for in-service training). We are looking for a committed, reliable, organised individual who will be able to meet, greet and direct our swimmers and their parents to the pool area for their lessons. There will be multiple swimming sessions during each shift, and the candidate will need to ensure those finishing lessons leave promptly and those arriving follow the guidelines to be ready for their sessions.

You will need to sign the parents in and out and deal with any queries which may arise. At the end of each evening & at lunch time on Saturday bins will be emptied, floors mopped, and touch points sanitised. The swimming classes will be run by 3 rd parties providing swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, school aged children and some more senior swimmers. They will not be our school students.

NJC Grade 4, Scale point 7-10 Salary £24,294-£25,545 per annum pro rata.

Actual starting salary for average of 9.75 hrs/week = £5,540/annum

Full-time/Part-time Days/Times Tuesday: 16:15-19:15, Friday: 16:00-19:00 on an open weekend only (every alt. week) Saturday: 8:00-13:15.

Total hours: Open week: 11.25 hours, Closed week: 8.25 hours
Total hours over 2 weeks: 19.5 hours. Average: 9.75 hours per week

Qualifications: Entry level qualifications or above
