Maintenance Officer - 42385

As a Maintenance Officer, you will:
* Carry out work to agreed time frames whilst ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
* Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy, with all tools/equipment removed
* Ensure that company vehicles are kept clean and tidy
* Ensure vehicle checks as prescribed are carried out in a timely manner
* Contribute suggested improvements or changes within your area of expertise
* Work independently and as part of a team depending on projects
* Participate in the on-call system for emergency works
* Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
To be successful as a Maintenance Officer, you will:
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Have demonstrable experience working within a facilities/maintenance team
* Be willing to work on your own and as part of a team
* Be multi-skilled and able to support on first fix works
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of £28,000. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position with on-call responsibility.
