Facilities Management Coordinator

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Cheltenham College seeks to appoint a Facilities Management Coordinator who will be based in the busy Estates office.

Full details of the role can be found in the job description below, but the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, procurement, day-to-day administration and management of the planned maintenance and compliance work for the school buildings and related services.

The Facilities Management Coordinator will report to the Estates and Transport Manager and will be expected to deputise in their absence. It is, therefore, essential that applicants: have experience of working in facilities /property management, be capable of using initiative and communicating at all levels; both in person, on the phone or in email and be an organised team-player who is willing to muck in when needed.

Salary: £26,688 to £30,177 per annum
