This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy.

The Vacancy

Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a new Catering assistant to join our Catering Department. This role is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, 35 weeks per year, and we are offering a pay rate of £11.44 per hour.

The primary role is to support the Catering Manager and wider catering department and to assist in the provision of a professional food service to the pupils and staff at the school. 

Other roles and responsibilities include:

Ideally, we would like to appoint a candidate an experience catering assistant who has a Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene qualification, however, we would be able to provide training for this for suitable people.
