Level 2 Early Years Educator

About Us:
Earlybirds Playgroup is a long-standing committee-led charity dedicated to implementing the Curiosity approach. With over 20 years of successful operation, we are situated in Cinderford, at the heart of the Forest of Dean, providing exceptional care for children aged 2-4 years. Our ethos revolves around prioritising the needs and interests of children, ensuring a child-focused environment.
Role Overview:
In response to the growth of our playgroup, we are expanding our Earlybirds team and seeking an early years educator to join us as soon as possible.
We are seeking a candidate who is imaginative, creative, and fun. They should not be afraid to engage in activities like dressing up, getting covered in paint or gloop, spontaneously breaking into nursery rhymes, and most importantly, should enjoy themselves while possessing the following essential attributes:
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in childcare.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to multitask.
- Flexibility in approach and scheduling.
