Busy Bees Playgroup - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - 13427289

Gloucester

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner required as soon as possible, permanent position, term time only. Monday & Friday 8:30am to 12 noon. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30am to 3pm, plus 1hr non-contact time. Salary negotiable depending on experience/additional qualifications. Outdoor learning qualification or experience desirable but not essential.

Our popular, friendly and well-established playgroup is located on the site of Castle Hill Primary School Brockworth. Busy Bees Playgroup is a registered charity, run by a voluntary managed committee.

A vacancy has become available for an enthusiastic, hardworking, fun-loving, self-motivated, caring and responsible early years practitioner to join our dedicated team. The successful person will take on key person responsibilities and assist with the planning and delivery of activities following the early years framework for children aged 2 – 4 years.

In addition, you will work with the team and support the play leader, organise and supervise play activities; encourage positive behaviour; communicate with parents/carers; carry out child observation and assist with lunchtime duties.

Applicants should have at least an appropriate level 3 qualification plus a good knowledge of the EYFS. Previous experience of working in a pre-school setting is desirable. The successful applicant will be subject to necessary pre-employment checks
