Clinical Lead/Psychologist/Psychotherapist/Counsellor

In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services, provide clinical oversight, and contribute to strategic leadership. There will also be opportunities to develop your own therapeutic interests with a specialised caseload.

At TIC+, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs.

Place of Work: TIC+, 121 – 131 Eastgate House, Eastgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1PX and Head Office which is located at Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend TIC+ meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.
Terms: Permanent, subject to a satisfactory 6-month probationary period.
Post: 30 or 37.5 hours a week
Rate of Pay: Grade F £53,839.50 – £56,550.00 WTE Rate of pay whole time equivalent (pro rata for part time employees). Salary is dependent on experience.
Interview: First stage interview 5th February 2025 followed by second stage interview on 12th February 2025.
