About GARAS: GARAS’ mission is to support refugees and asylum seekers, with a strong commitment to their rights and well-being. We aim to empower individuals and families seeking safety and a new beginning, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary to thrive in their new communities.
Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to lead GARAS as our Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire to develop and deliver services that address complex challenges faced by refugees and asylum seekers.

The successful candidate will be an innovative and strategic thinker, who brings financial and team management skills, together with an ability to work with key stakeholders at a strategic level.

The interview process will consist of:
• a presentation to staff and trustees on a specified topic
• two interviews with different constituent groups

Salary: NJC Scale 35-37 (£44,711 - £46,731, negotiable based on qualifications & experience)
