As a Keyworker, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to our clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey. You will work closely with individuals to develop personalized care plans, offer emotional and practical support, and connect them with essential resources. Your empathetic approach and commitment to empowering others will be key to their success.
In this role, you will develop and implement individualized care plans, provide one-on-one support and guidance, facilitate group sessions and workshops, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, and advocate for clients’ needs and rights.
