Health Care Assistants (NIGHTS only) - Resthaven Nursing Home - start at £12.74 - £13.74 per hour weekend hours rate* - HCA

Come and join the team at Lilian Faithfull Care, a charity in Gloucestershire offering exceptional care for the elderly in five care homes and a day care hub.

As a Care Assistant every night will be different, you will be assisting people with their daily lives whilst always ensuring dignity and respect. This will include helping with mobility, personal hygiene, undressing and feeding and encouraging independence. You will be working as a team (and shifts will include weekends and evenings on a rota basis).

You might already have experience of caring or you might be looking for a career change. As long as you are compassionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the training and support you need to become a Health Care Assistant with us.

Pay: start at £12.74 - £13.74 per hour* weekend hours rate.
The hourly rate includes a £1 enhancement to reflect the Rural location of the home.

Medication enhancements of .40p per hour where applicable
