Venue Hire Manager

Hawkwood is a dynamic charity working at the intersection of creativity, education and the environment. We have a big vision with exciting plans for the future. We’re an organisation that does everything from hosting residencies for the UK’s most significant cultural organisations to curating future thinking courses to hosting the much-loved community farm on site.

We’re looking for someone to join the team as our Venue Hire Manager.  Candidates will negotiate and liaise with businesses, charities and artists hiring our space to hold meetings and run courses on site.  This is a full time, on-site position.

The successful candidate will manage and deliver the sales, marketing and bookings of Hawkwood’s 3rd party venue hire income. To develop new markets, bring on new clients and to nurture & retain existing clients. The role is responsible for generating £400k of income.
