Learning and Participation Manager (STEM/English)

Cheltenham

Cheltenham Festivals is a charity co-creating experiences which bring joy, spark curiosity, connect communities and inspire change. Our year-round learning and participation programmes culminate at the town’s internationally acclaimed Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals.

We are looking for a creative, collaborative person to develop, deliver and evaluate the charity’s STEM and/or Literature outreach programme for children and young people.

You will have successful experience of developing high-quality learning and participation work across the STEM/Literacy sectors and a strong understanding ofthe schoo environment.

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 pa depending on experience + 5% pension contribution, staff ticket allocation

Hours Per Week: Full Time/Optional 4 days per week.
