Commis Chef - 3812376
Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a Commis Chef for the Foundation. This is a full-time role, working 42 weeks per year during the term time. The hours of work for this position 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend and evening works due to functions.
Other roles and responsibilities to include:
- To ensure that all food is prepared, cooked and presented to the highest possible standards.
- To ensure all food is ready for service at the times stated.
- To ensure all food is tasted prior to service.
- To ensure the Foundation standards for these areas are met in full.
- To assist with the compilation of budgets for hospitality and events
- To record the daily production and wastage sheets
For the successful applicant we would considered supporting them through an apprenticeship, depending on the successful passing of your probation period.
