Job description
We have a vacancy for a Cook, based in our Gloucester residence at Foundation House. You will work alongside staff and residents to plan a balanced menu and prepare and cook meals. You will be responsible for sourcing and ordering stock and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienic and up to necessary standards. Being able to cook great tasting and nutritious meals is essential and a knowledge of how to meet different dietary requirements would be highly desirable.
Previous experience of working with people with a learning or physical disability would be beneficial but not essential. Holding a current food hygiene certificate would also be advantageous.
