Blossom Lodge Day Nursery is looking for exceptional Nursery Practitioners to work with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
We are looking to recruit nursery practitioners to work in our family orientated, friendly and inclusive private nursery who pride ourselves in our relationship with parents and is passionate for creating an individual learning environment for each child.
Positions Available:
- Level 2 or 3 Qualified Practitioner for our Pre-school room (3-5 years), working 38 hours ( over 4 days) or 44 hours per week (over 5 days)
- Level 2 or 3 Qualified Practitioner for our Baby Room (0-1 years), working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Level 2 or 3 Qualified Practitioner for our Toddler Room (1-2 years), working 38 hours ( over 4 days) or 44 hours per week (over 5 days)
- Part time Qualified Practitioner Level 2 or 3, to work across all age groups
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Experience of working in a children's day nursery
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to observe and records children's progress
- Good IT skills in order to carry out recording the children's daily information on our online portal
- Enthusiasm and a passionate approach to early years development
- Skills to deliver high quality childcare
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- All applications require 2 references and the successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure (DBS)
A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification is preferable where stated; however, a minimum level 2 qualification and 1 years’ experience in a childcare setting would be an considered.
