Coleford, Forest of Dean

Early Years Educator – Level 3. Term Time only (as per Gloucestershire County Council Term Dates), Temporary position, January - July 2025. Covering 16.75 hours per week, Monday 9:00am – 1:00pm, Tuesday 10:00am – 1:00pm, Wednesday 8:30am - 3:15pm, Thursday 10:00am -1:00pm. Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour. Start Date: 06/01/2024

Would you like to progress your career within Early Years at a well-established and experienced setting?

At Coalway Early Years we are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team. This position will be temporary from January to July 2025.

Our Forest of Dean nursery/ preschool is set within the grounds of an Infant/ Junior school and provides high quality childcare and support for children and families in the Coalway and Coleford area.

The successful candidate must be motivated, creative and enthusiastic with an excellent understanding of the EYFS and a clear knowledge of Safeguarding. It is desirable for applicants to have certificates in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding, however, please note that training can also be provided. You will need experience of working at Level 2/ Level 3 in Early Years.

This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references. Coalway Early years is committed to ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all children in line with Policies and statutory responsibilities as set out by government guidance and OFSTED.
