General Operative - 2607GOI

Gloucester

We have a lucrative opportunity with one of our industry-leading clients in Gloucester! Are you looking to maximise your earning potential with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern? Have you got experience within machine operation? Want to earn a starting salary of £32,325pa, plus benefits and overtime opportunities? Read on!

We are looking for Machine Operatives to:

* Operate and maintain production machinery to meet quality targets
* Record operating conditions in line with production plans accurately and in a timely fashion
* Complete and maintain cleaning and checking procedures
* Strive for continuous improvement within yourself and across the wider team, identifying areas of improvement opportunity
* Work on a 4 day rota of 2 day and 2 night shifts

A Machine Operative must:

* Have a basic understanding and confident use of IT, including MS Office
* Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Hold GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
* Be comfortable with routine drug screening as part of operational due diligence
* Be comfortable working on their own initiative, managing their own workload effectively
* A drive to earn and progress a career - there are opportunities for development for those who want it, and can demonstrate this!
