Flood Risk Management Engineer

About The Role
Up to £48,421 per annum (Grade G £39,186 - £43,421 + £5,000 market supplement)
37 hours per week

We have an excellent opportunity for a Flood Risk Management Engineer to join our ambitious and forward-thinking authority.
You will lead on consenting and enforcement matters in relation to ordinary watercourses, together with the provision of expert land drainage advice to our planning service. Furthermore, you will provide specialist flood risk management advice to senior managers and there will be ample opportunity for you to be involved in emergency planning.
This role would suit a qualified and experienced flood risk management professional looking to apply and develop their skills in a fast paced and challenging environment. In return we can offer a friendly and supportive team with a commitment to staff development and career progression.
