Claims Handler - LHCHH

Tewkesbury

Senior Claims Handler

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

The Role:

* Manage a portfolio of claims.
* Accurately check all the information on a claim and ensure accuracy throughout.
* Liaise with policyholders and experts to ensure accurate and timely settlement of claims.
* Be involved in all claim handling aspects.
* Site visits with loss adjusters.
* Provide excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience required:

* Experience within claims handling or case handling.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, not afraid to ask questions.
* Team player.
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Confident working independently.
* Ideally interested in studying for further qualifications that we fund such as CII qualification.
