Logistics & Supply Chain Consultancy Graduate

Cheltenham

We currently have an opportunity for a Logistics & Supply Chain Graduate within our
organisation.

We are looking for a Graduate Supply Chain and Logistics professional to join our consultancy
team at ASCALi. We aim to provide you with a comprehensive and immersive experience in
various aspects of the Logistic and supply chain consultancy world. We will expose you to key
areas such as Warehousing, Stock Control, Supply Planning, transport planning and significant
Project management. You will work closely with experienced professionals, tackle real-world
logistics challenges, and contribute to impactful projects aimed at optimizing and delivering for
our client’s operations. We want to accelerate your professional growth, enhance your skill set,
and provide you with a holistic understanding of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain
operations.

Please note that flexibility is integral, as shift patterns may change, requiring you to work
weekends or nights with also an element of travel to meet the needs of clients and to align with
operational demands and project timelines.

About you:

You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, have strong communication skills, with
the ability to prioritise and think ahead.

The following qualifications/skills are required:

Driven, energetic, and enthusiastic with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in in a subject related to the advertised role.
Ability to take ownership of tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Must have a valid UK
Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
Excellent communication and computer skills, including analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Genuine interest in logistics and supply chain operations, eager to learn and contribute as a team player.
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.

The role will be based in our office in Cheltenham with expectation that you will need to travel to
client sites across UK and Europe.
