Responsibilities change from client to client but overall you will be providing the following duties and responsibilities:

Your Role and Duties with Us

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices as needed.
• Help clients with medication reminders and ensure they take their prescribed medications on time.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas, doing laundry, and washing dishes.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
• Document daily activities, observations, and any changes in client's  condition.

Our Requirements:

• Have a car and valid driver's license. (We pay per mile)
• Must pass a background check and provide references.
• 6-months experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
