I’m thrilled be supporting one of the most successful and largest independent, family-owned specialist food suppliers who are now looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join them and the team!

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the Customer Service team and office support for the remote sales team
• Deal with customer enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service is always provided.
• Identify areas of development and ways to improve the overall customer experience.
• Enable order processing, dispatch, and delivery in the most cost effective and efficient way.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Previous Management experience required.
• Experience of using SAP or similar databases
• Good understanding of legislation in the distribution of product overseas.
• Sound IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in the export processes is desirable.
