Team Manager (Administration, Business Development and Customer Service)
Permanent, Full Time Mon-Fri 37.5 hours
Salary circa £40,000 + Benefits
HETAS and Woodsure are not for profit organisations working together for a cleaner, safer and sustainable environment. We are authorised by the Government to approve biomass and solid fuel heating appliances, fuels and services, with plans to expand and diversify as part of Cleaner Safer Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager, or team leader, to join us during a continued period of growth. You will have a proven ability to drive a successful and high performing team, with experience in either administration, business development or customer service environments.
You will bring with you confidence in KPI setting, aligned to the Company’s purpose and objectives, and be practiced at motivating and coaching team members to achieve KPIs and develop to their full potential.
Having a customer centric approach and background, you’ll be a manager who provides hands on support to aid customer relationship management. You’ll lead by example and will promote high standards in customer excellence and data integrity, ensuring that processes are followed with accuracy.
With responsibility for lead generation and for developing new & existing business streams and partnerships, you will be able to engage confidently with stakeholders, including visits when beneficial. You will also be comfortable attending external events to network and bring back business opportunities which will help to innovate the future and support the Company’s ambitious growth plans.
You’re not alone in this journey for success; working to shared goals, you will be able to work collaboratively with managers company-wide. You will be supported by an Operations Manager who you will keep informed and provide sales performance information and analysis to, demonstrating confident use of the CRM and MS Office.
